Adolescence is the stage that involves significant changes in psychological, physical, social and intellectual development.  Students may feel fearful or worried, and they may experience emotional swings or occasionally have negative emotions.  “Sharing”, “Positive Thinking” and “Enjoying Life” are three practical and simple strategies for students to stay healthy and happy and lead a fulfilling life in adolescence.  Becoming mentally healthier, they can overcome challenges in life.  Schools can refer to the activities and teaching resources in "Joyful@School" when promoting mental health amongst students.
