2021 Mental Health Month
“Mental Health Month” is a public education activity throughout the territory. It is organized by the Labour and Welfare Bureau with the support of a number of government departments, public bodies and non-government organizations. It aims at promoting the importance of mental health to the public and raising their awareness and acceptance of persons in recovery through various forms of educational and publicity activities.
The Labour and Welfare Bureau, Education Bureau, Home Affairs Department, Department of Health, Social Welfare Department, Information Services Department, Labour Department, Radio Television Hong Kong, Hospital Authority, Occupational Safety and Health Council, Equal Opportunities Commission, Hong Kong College of Psychiatrists, the Mental Health Association of Hong Kong, New Life Psychiatric Association, Richmond Fellowship of Hong Kong, Fu Hong Society, Baptist Oi Kwan Social Service, Caritas Hong Kong, the Society of Rehabilitation and Crime Prevention Hong Kong, Tung Wah Groups of Hospitals, Hong Kong Sheng Kung Hui Welfare Council, Stewards, Joyful (Mental Health) Foundation, Christian Family Service Centre.
