Self-care means taking good care of the needs of our body and emotions.  It is among the most crucial skills that students need to learn in their lives.  Self-care is not only about engaging in relaxation activities, as it also includes the planning and arrangement of activities that are mentally, physically and socially beneficial to us.  Self-care is particularly important when we are facing difficulties or under much stress.
