Resources for Coping with Exam Stress

During exam periods, it is natural for students to feel anxious and stressed. Building strong interpersonal relationships and resilience is key to coping with pressure. The Education Bureau has updated the "Resources for Coping with Exam Stress" webpage, launched a series of e-posters, and consolidated relevant resources on handling exam stress. These initiatives aim to help schools introduce effective preparation strategies, a healthy exam mindset, and stress-relief methods to students, while encouraging parents to offer increased companionship and support during exam periods.
