To help students cope with exam pressure and related challenges, Open Up and JC LevelMind are providing a comprehensive range of online and offline emotional support services. These services are designed to help youth manage stress, address psychological difficulties, and strengthen resilience through timely, youth-friendly interventions.

Open Up, funded by the Social Welfare Department and jointly operated by The Boys' & Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong, Caritas Hong Kong, The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, Hong Kong Children & Youth Services, and St. James’ Settlement, offers round-the-clock online text-based counseling for young people aged 6 to 24. Available 24/7, the platform provides confidential support for issues arising from exam pressure, academic demands, family dynamics, peer relationships, and work.

JC LevelMind, supported by The Hong Kong Jockey Club, has established 45 youth-friendly spaces across all 18 districts in Hong Kong. Targeting youth aged 12 to 24, it promotes holistic well-being through a dedicated service model for physical, mental, and spiritual health. A signature feature is its “Always On Services”, which ensure youth can conveniently access mental health resources and receive timely assistance in schools, communities, and online.

Together, Open Up and JC LevelMind form a seamless online-to-offline support network, enabling students to access mental health resources anytime and anywhere, and empowering them with the clarity and confidence to overcome exam stress and build resilience.
