“Gratitude Train: The Ten-Station Journey” (Chinese version only)

Research shows that gratitude can enhance an individual's positive emotions and life satisfaction, and it also aids in building and maintaining close relationships, thereby increasing personal happiness and well-being.

To assist students in learning gratitude, we have designed the “Gratitude Train: The Ten-Station Journey” handbook. By touring the Gratitude Train route and completing discussions, exercises, and reflections at each station, students gradually understand, learn, and practise gratitude, thereby enhancing their sense of well-being.

The activities across the ten stations start by guiding students to focus on pleasing aspects around them. By employing different senses, including what they see, hear, taste, smell, touch, and do, they explore the beauty behind these elements. Students come to realise that occurrences and things are not to be taken for granted, and they learn to express thanks for the kind deeds others do for them.
